Having spent most of my adult life in sales and marketing, through the years I have developed significant respect for "The Customer". Thus, I guess its only natural that I have spent a lot of time in our business organization focusing on customer service. I never really gave much thought to revitalizing customer service thoughts while on a fishing trip to Arkansas. Last weekend one of my salespeople and I entertained one of our customers by bringing him to Newland's to fish for several days. I learned a lot!!! There is absolutely no doubt the folks at Newland's know and understand who the customer is. We just had a great time. The accommodations were excellent, the food great and we even caught some fish. All the more, the real treat was "customer service" and how welcome we were made to feel. Thanks to you and your team for an excellent weekend.
